Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team at Faringdon Community College. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the caretaking team, carrying out compliance checks, maintenance, security, and general management of the school premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the caretaking team to ensure the smooth operation of the school site.
- Carry out compliance checks to ensure the school meets all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to the school buildings, grounds, and facilities.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies to ensure the well-being of staff and students.
Requirements:
- High standards and expectations.
- Good DIY/maintenance skills.
- Good level of IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of health and safety and security.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
