Job Title: Training Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our staff development team as a Training Officer. In this central role, you will develop and deliver training to our enthusiastic staff teams, working closely with the Head of Engagement & Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Engagement & Learning to align training with organizational goals.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  4. Maintain accurate records of training delivery and participant feedback.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in health and social care provision and management theory, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
