Hours: 29.7 hours per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Charge Nurse to join our team in the Western Isles. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing leadership and expertise, contributing to the education, training, and support of fellow health professionals, and demonstrating clinical excellence in nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing leadership and expertise
- Contribute to the education, training, and support of fellow health professionals
- Demonstrate clinical excellence in nursing practice
- Commit to the delivery of evidence-based care
- Be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a flexible team-oriented approach

We offer a competitive salary, plus a £1,349 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata, and a permanent contract.
