Account Director Job Description

At Employment Specialists Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead the delivery of exceptional risk management services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on risk management and insurance best practices
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance, with a strong understanding of risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
