About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at CRG TEC as a Lifting Equipment Inspector and Maintenance Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanical professional to develop their skills in inspection and testing, and to progress their career in a world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test lifting equipment, including MEWPs, excavators, lifting tackle, HIABs, and powered access equipment
  • Maintain and service lifting equipment to ensure it is safe and compliant with regulations
  • Develop and implement inspection and testing procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address any issues or concerns related to lifting equipment
  • Manage your own diary and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services

Requirements
  • HNC level education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in maintaining and servicing lifting equipment
  • Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
