Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a static site in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be mechanically qualified / biased (C&G or NVQ).

The role will involve carrying out mechanical and fabric maintenance, including:

  • Monitoring mechanical plant
  • Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
  • Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
  • Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc.)

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will work closely with the maintenance team on site to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, able to gain Enhanced DBS, and have a current or expired Enhanced DBS.
