Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents. This is a rewarding role that requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is passionate about providing excellent patient care.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Provide safe and effective medication administration, as well as deliver high-quality nursing care.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
