Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN) - Bank

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester care home, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide safe and effective medication administration, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
