Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
  • Deliver person-centred care, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
