About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Therapy Team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to our pupils with neurodiverse needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy programs tailored to each pupil's unique needs
  • Work collaboratively with our integrated therapy team, including Speech and Language Therapists and Creative Art Therapists
  • Design and deliver specific training and mentoring for colleagues to further develop the Occupational Therapy offering within our specialist college
  • Take a Neurodiverse affirming and trauma-informed approach to clinical work
Requirements
  • Recognized post-graduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Essential qualification in Sensory Integration and Processing
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist with RCOT Membership
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages like Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • A full driving license
