Job Title: Food and Beverage Host

About the Role:

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Be familiar with current promotions and products, making recommendations to customers to enhance their experience.
  • Proactively offer and provide a prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring high-quality products are delivered.
  • Contribute to daily and weekly targets, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure customers have access to products at all times.
  • Promote the use of Grosvenor Membership cards and Rank Omni Channel/Digital offers during customer interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be customer-obsessed, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. You should be familiar with current promotions and products, and have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
