Job Title: Global Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing content and external communication strategies that advance our organizational goals and engage our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content and external communication strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  2. Create high-quality written and visual content, including articles, blogs, website copy, presentations, and more.
  3. Produce engaging content for media outlets, including press releases, media alerts, feature stories, and customer stories.
  4. Manage the development of deep content, including research, whitepapers, and eBooks, and amplify it with media and analysts.
  5. Organize and execute press events, such as press conferences and media briefings.
  6. Monitor news outlets for media coverage of our organization and industry trends, and develop recommendations for improvement.
  7. Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging communication techniques.
  8. Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and communications.
Requirements:
  1. Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills with a strong command of English grammar, style, and tone.
  2. Proficiency in optimizing content for various tactics and audiences.
  3. Intermediate to proficient understanding of SEO methodologies and content optimization techniques.
  4. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  5. Confidence in working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), Teams, and SharePoint.
  6. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or video editing software is a plus.
