Pick for Britain is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our premises.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is punctual, a team player, flexible, and environmentally aware. You will work 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 3:00pm until 6:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing a cleaning service that meets contractual requirements.
  2. Operating machinery safely and in line with guidelines and training provided.
  3. Maintaining high-quality standards across all areas of the contract.
  4. Supporting local and business zero-carbon initiatives.
  5. Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
