Financial Operations Coordinator
At Whistl Careers, we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company's financial well-being. Your operational expertise and attention to detail will enable you to consistently complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Process purchase invoices correctly in the accounting system via nominal entry, ensuring invoices are authorised within required SLAs
* Review and capture invoice details relating to third-party costs and carbon data calculations
* Reconcile supplier accounts
* Manage supplier relationships, including resolving discrepancies
* Produce weekly supplier payments within determined procedures
* Maintain highly accurate folder structures for reference and audit purposes
* Manage posting of staff expenses and payments
Sales Ledger Responsibilities:
* Process sales invoices correctly in the accounting system via nominal entry, ensuring invoices are authorised within required SLAs
* Review and capture invoice details relating to customer payments and sales data
* Reconcile customer accounts
* Manage customer relationships, including resolving discrepancies
* Produce weekly customer payments within determined procedures
Requirements:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in accounting software and systems
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
