Teaching Career Starter Package

Dunbar Education is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to start their teaching career with us.

This role begins as a Teaching Assistant, providing an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience before committing to teacher training. You will work closely with experienced mentors who will guide you through lesson planning, classroom management, and effective teaching strategies.

The position offers a range of benefits, including funded teacher training, opportunities for growth and development into independently teaching a full class, and a supportive team environment.

Upon successful completion, you will earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have potential progression towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
