Key Responsibilities:
The Aspiring Educator Opportunity is a fantastic chance for someone to gain practical experience in primary education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with experienced teachers and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting experienced teachers in the classroom
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons to students
* Developing relationships with parents and carers
* Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of school policies

You will also have the opportunity to participate in structured training sessions covering the national curriculum, assessment methods, and child development. This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting and develop their skills and knowledge as an educator.

Salary Range: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
