We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our specialist school in Colchester. As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver high-quality education plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
About the Role:- Deliver Personalised Education Plans: Create bespoke education plans that enable students to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and external professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to each child's education.
- Maintain Progress Records: Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure positive outcomes.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Qualified teacher status and experience in teaching SEN students.
- SEN Expertise: Strong understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism and learning difficulties.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills.
- Compassionate Approach: A patient and compassionate approach with a passion for supporting students with additional needs.
