**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Cumbria, providing support to an individual with epilepsy and learning disabilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, loves animals, and is committed to delivering high-quality care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 360-degree support, covering all aspects of daily life, including community activities, personal care, and emotional support.
Our ideal candidate will have a good understanding of epilepsy and learning disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a patient, kind, and supportive approach.
The role involves working Monday to Friday, with weekend availability and potential overtime opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a driving licence and be comfortable using a car as part of your daily tasks.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour, paid weekly, along with pension enrolment, standard sick pay, free training, and ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
