About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, blending the convenience of Bank / Locum / Agency work with the security and benefits of being an employee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities, and ensuring their safety throughout the day.
  • Work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed in line with nursery demands, including hygiene standards and room preparation.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and colleagues.
