Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool.

About the Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities for children, developing strong relationships with parents and carers, and promoting child welfare and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers through regular communication and updates
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements
