Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + Benefits

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will have a background working with MSPs within the Northwest and experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Virtualisation, and Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and maintenance of Microsoft technologies
* Assist the helpdesk team in resolving complex tickets
* Meet strict SLAs and follow procedures

Requirements
* Experience working for a similar MSP and Microsoft Partner
* Ability to demonstrate experience with supporting the following technologies:
  • Windows Server, Virtualisation, and Microsoft Azure
  • Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams
  • Azure/365 features such as Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines, Intune Endpoint Manager
  • Security devices and firewalls, switches, VLANs, routing, etc.
