We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker - Rehabilitation to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with various health needs, enabling them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar position or related field

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
