Software Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Solutions Executive to join our XperiSoft Limited (Integration Scoping) team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities for our recruitment software system.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience in working directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with our Director to develop and implement sales strategies, focusing on prospecting and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate our CVMinder ATS software to prospective customers via MS Teams, providing product demonstrations and answering questions.
  • Meet or exceed achievable sales targets and goals, working closely with the Director to agree markets and companies for prospecting.
  • Assist with account management responsibilities, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships with existing clients.
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a desk-based role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ambitious, with a desire to succeed and drive business growth.
  • Honest and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity.
What We Offer

As a Sales Solutions Executive with XperiSoft Limited (Integration Scoping), you will enjoy a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission at 25% of new sales up to £60K. You will also have the opportunity to work from home, with flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
