We are seeking a skilled Daily Living Support Worker to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will provide personalized support to our residents, empowering them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans, taking into account residents' preferences and needs
- Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote physical and mental well-being
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and family members
**What We Offer:**
In addition to a competitive salary of £11.00 per hour, plus 50p per hour enhancement for night and weekend shifts, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
