We offer an hourly rate of £13.50-£15.65 plus 30p mileage, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your hard work. Our care assistants play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. If you have a strong desire to help others and are willing to learn new skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be resilient and able to develop your knowledge and skills as part of a close-knit team. You will be assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and supporting clients with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be working in various shifts and will require access to a vehicle due to the geographical nature of this role. We offer a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
