About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IM&T Change Officer to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As an IM&T Change Officer, you will play a key role in the configuration of our electronic patient records system, SystmOne, and provide training and support to staff across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Configuring SystmOne in response to identified needs and directorate work streams
  • Designing and delivering training materials to support staff with different levels of understanding
  • Providing application support and advice to staff across the Trust
  • Working with the IM&T team to review new system functionality and technology
  • Providing a link between IM&T teams to ensure configuration changes are communicated effectively
