IT Change Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our LPT Change Team as an IM&T Change Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring the electronic patient records system (SystmOne) and providing training and support to staff across Leicestershire Partnership Trust.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Electronic Patient Records Systems and possess good communication skills, be highly organised, self-motivated, and efficient. They will also have a reliable vehicle for personal use, as this role involves working across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust sites.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Configure SystmOne in response to identified need and directorate work streams.
- Design training materials and provide training and application support to staff across the Trust with different levels of understanding.
- Participate in reviewing new system functionality and technology, providing advice, and proposing changes.
- Provide a link to other IM&T teams to ensure they are advised of configuration changes or developments.
- Work across all Trust directorates, including the three clinical directorates: CHS, FYPC.LDA, and DMH.
