Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the LPT Change Team and contribute to the continued improvement and implementation of electronic patient records at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As an IM&T Change Officer, you will play a key role in configuring the SystmOne system and providing training and support to staff across the Trust.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking system configuration in response to identified needs and directorate work streams. They will also design training materials and provide application support to staff with varying levels of understanding.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across all Trust directorates, including Community Health Services, Adult Mental Health, and Learning Disabilities.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of IM&T systems and be able to design and deliver training programs.
