About the Role

As a Health Visitor with Hunter AHP, you will play a vital role in supporting families with children aged zero to five. Your expertise will be essential in crafting evidence-based care plans and fostering positive experiences for families accessing our services.

You will work closely with a compassionate team to ensure the safety and well-being of children in our care. Your clinical acumen and compassion will be pivotal in managing a diverse caseload and providing invaluable support to families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to families with children aged zero to five
  • Manage a diverse caseload with clinical expertise and empathy
  • Employ evidence-based care planning to enhance outcomes for families
  • Cultivate positive experiences for children and families
Requirements
  • Nursing qualification and registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Specialist qualifications relevant to the area of practice, such as a Health Visitor/Public Health Specialist Practitioner Qualification Honours degree or equivalent
