RAPP is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team, leveraging AI to transform marketing solutions for global brands. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will design, build, and implement cutting-edge predictive models to drive media performance, personalize customer experiences, and optimize revenue.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and optimize predictive models, including campaign forecasting engines, causal AI campaign modeling, and recommender engines.
  • Uncover insights through predictive and prescriptive techniques, analyzing data to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business impact.
  • Develop data solutions, tools, and prototypes that showcase our capabilities and empower clients with self-service frameworks.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging manner, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in building machine learning models for tasks like recommendations, segmentation, forecasting, and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Bash, and Git, with hands-on experience in tools like Jupyter notebooks, Pandas, PyTorch, and more.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methods to validate model performance and business impact.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to distill complex analyses into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) in a relevant field.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem, including media measurement solutions.
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, GenAI, CausalAI, GraphAI, and advanced techniques.
