Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Manager to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing international payroll processes across the UK, Europe, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processes for the UK, Europe, and Canada, overseeing 9 monthly payrolls (including 2 bi-monthly payrolls in Canada)
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure compliance with local regulations, audit requirements, and internal procedures
  • Review and improve legacy payroll processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Work alongside ADP (outsourced payroll provider), ensuring effective payroll processing and monetary distribution
  • Drive continuous improvement, partnering with HR Business Partners and senior leadership to deliver optimized payroll solutions
  • Supervise 1 payroll admin handling transactional tasks

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience managing international payrolls, particularly within the UK, Europe, and Canada
  • Strong knowledge of EU payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with ADP payroll systems is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of process improvement in a payroll function
  • Ability to work independently in a hands-on, standalone role
  • Strong collaboration with Finance and HR teams
