This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Control & Systems Engineer to take on new challenges, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

">
  1. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety requirements, ensure hazardous area requirements are met, and maintain a safe working environment.
  2. PLC and System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve PLC/system faults, identify root causes, and develop and update PLC programs.
  3. Project Participation: Participate in team or solo projects, conduct RCA analysis, document learnings, and update training records.
  4. Maintenance and Upgrades: Maintain all site machinery software, ensure compliance, and create software backups to safeguard automation.

Requirements

  • Engineering Background: Engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent), relevant industrial experience, and proven PLC knowledge.
  • Desirable Qualifications: HND/Foundation Degree in engineering, CAD proficiency, and project management experience.

Compensation and Benefits

MDE Consultants Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus, pension, and flexitime, providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports work-life balance and career growth.
