**Job Role:** Welding Automation Engineer - £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

**Job Description:

You will work closely with a diverse team to develop new production operators to undertake mechanized and state-of-the-art robotic welding techniques.

You will carry out fault analysis and remedial actions during system operation, perform robot and laser calibration routines, and support training of Robot operators and welding personnel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need knowledge of ABB or other industrial robots and automated welding processes, a basic understanding of the main welding processes typically used for submarine construction, and a sound appreciation of weld quality.

A willingness and commitment to undertake training and courses relevant to the position are essential.
