HR Business Partner Opportunity

Network HR is partnering with a global financial services firm to support the hire of an HR Business Partner. This role will be based in central London, reporting directly to the Group Head of Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the international People and Culture strategy to support the evolution of the payments business. This will involve working closely with the Group Head of Human Resources to develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a small to medium-sized financial services organization and will have a proven track record of providing generalist HR support throughout a period of change or transformation. They will also have experience of coaching leaders through discussions about transforming/streamlining functions and will be able to navigate local nuances and complexities.

The role will involve working closely with various lines of business to agree appropriate performance management plans and will require the ability to confidently manage stakeholders. The successful candidate will also have experience of recruitment activities, ER, change initiatives, benefits, and succession planning.

Financial Services / Regulatory experience is mandatory for this appointment, and the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory environment in which the firm operates.
