Customer Engagement and Development Manager

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement and Development Manager to join our team at AD WARRIOR in Lincolnshire.

About the Role

We're a dynamic and growing organisation committed to providing Great Homes, Strong Communities, and putting the Customer First. As our Customer Engagement and Development Manager, you'll play a key role in promoting customer engagement and involvement, ensuring their views shape our services and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and develop innovative activities to capture the voice of the customer across various channels.
  • Work collaboratively with managers to embed meaningful customer involvement and provide training, guidance, and support.
  • Develop and maintain a network of customer groups and connectors to drive proactive change and development of services.
  • Partner with local authorities, customer groups, and stakeholders to provide opportunities for social mobility and development within neighbourhoods.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory and legislative developments, ensuring compliance with Consumer Standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience and knowledge of customer engagement and development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of regulatory and legislative developments, ideally Consumer Standards
  • Local knowledge of Lincolnshire and ability to work in the community
