Customer Engagement and Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Directorate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and involvement across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative activities to promote customer engagement and involvement
  • Work collaboratively with managers across the organisation to embed meaningful customer involvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, customer groups, and stakeholders
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on customer engagement and involvement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies
