About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Counselling Manager to lead our CrossReach Counselling team in Glasgow City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding your team to deliver high-quality counselling services and ensuring the highest professional standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and provide clinical and management supervision to your team.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained using approved systems and processes.
  • Manage partnerships with other professionals, particularly in relation to client risk.
  • Comply with relevant legislative, ethical policy, and COSCA requirements.
  • Carry a small caseload and develop and deliver training opportunities within the service.
Requirements
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • PSA/HPC registration.
  • Diploma in Counselling or relevant qualification.
  • Significant post-qualifying practice hours.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
