Role Overview

As a CRM Executive at Manière De Voir, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and growth across our large customer base.

You will collaborate with the creative team to design engaging content and ensure timely delivery of campaigns, while also analyzing key metrics and providing regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi-channel campaign development: Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging content and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Content creation management: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality content that meets our brand standards and resonates with our audience.
  • Campaign performance monitoring: Analyze key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance.
  • Automation identification: Continuously evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing automated solutions where possible.
  • Segmentation and AB testing support: Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop and execute segmentation and AB testing strategies to optimize future campaigns.
  • CRM marketing calendar coordination: Work closely with the CRM Manager to build and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent qualification: A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Crm experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a CRM role, preferably using CRM/ESP platforms.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Excel and basic HTML editing.
  • Communication and copywriting skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work under pressure: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
