Job Title: Sales & Communications Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales & Communications Administrator to join our team at Carrier Rental Systems. As a key member of our marketing and communications function, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Communication Manager and contributing to the development of our marketing and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain our website, e-commerce platform, and social media channels to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep staff informed, engaged, and inspired.
  • Coordinate market feedback and report results to our Senior Management Team.
  • Assist in the creation of sales tools, including PR news stories, case studies, and data sheets.
  • Support the implementation of a cost-effective customer contact strategy.
  • Monitor website rankings and enquiry levels through organic optimization and PPC strategies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Marketing or communication experience or education is desirable but not essential.
