Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Communications Administrator to join our team at Carrier Rental Systems. As a key member of our marketing and communications function, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Communication Manager and contributing to the development of our marketing and communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain our website, e-commerce platform, and social media channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
- Coordinate market feedback and report results to our Senior Management Team to inform business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support materials and services to enhance customer engagement.
- Produce and maintain printed and online sales tools, including PR news stories, case studies, and data sheets, to align with branding objectives and sales force needs.
- Assist in the implementation of a cost-effective customer contact strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Monitor website rankings and enquiry levels through organic optimization and PPC strategies to optimize our online presence.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Previous experience working in an office environment.
- Marketing or communication experience or education is desirable but not essential.
