About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that our residents receive a high level of service and support.

This is a varied and interesting role, which will involve coordinating activities, managing maintenance, and providing a first-class service to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, and will be able to work autonomously, using their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that it is safe and secure for residents
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Coordinate activities and events for residents, including social gatherings and entertainment
  • Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the required standards
  • Conduct health and safety checks, and take necessary action to address any issues
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, and who has a strong background in administration and customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

They will also be happy working alone and independently, using their own initiative, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.
