Requirements

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential for this role.
  • You should have extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar position within the construction industry.
  • A strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practices is required.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools is necessary.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
  • A full UK driving license is required.
