Your responsibilities will include overseeing financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement, while driving month-end closing processes and optimizing financial processes using new technologies.

**Responsibilities**
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management strategies.
  • Drive month-end closing processes and optimize financial processes using new technologies.

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in Financial Management.
  • Mastery of budgeting, financial analysis, and cost calculation.
  • Experience with SAP implementation and process optimization.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

**Compensation Package:** $160,000 - $200,000 per year, including salary and benefits, depending on location and experience.
