About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care support to our clients, including assisting with daily living tasks, managing medications, and promoting independence. Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Manage client medications, ensuring accurate administration and recording
  • Promote independence and empower clients to make their own decisions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior social care experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
