We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Customcare. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care support to our clients, including assisting with daily living tasks, managing medications, and promoting independence. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Manage client medications, ensuring accurate administration and recording
- Promote independence and empower clients to make their own decisions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior social care experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A caring and compassionate approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality care
