Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards, and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as and when required, taking charge of the kitchen and ensuring that service runs smoothly.
  • Deliver training to new team members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills.
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, ideally from a fast-paced, branded operation.
  • Mountains of personality, a passion for food, customer service, hospitality, and people.
  • A team player who thrives working alongside others or independently.
  • An upbeat, hard-working, and flexible attitude.
