Job Title: Sous ChefWe're seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at Everyman Cinema Group. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure that all food items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Support the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Deputise for the Head Chef as needed, taking charge of kitchen operations and making key decisions.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £13.00, depending on experience.
