Resource and Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource and Planning Manager to join our team at the Care Quality Commission. As a key member of our Project Delivery and Business Change team, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in health and adult social care across England.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the standards and underlying processes that ensure our project and programme resource requirements are identified and resourcing strategies are met. This will involve overseeing the development and maintenance of our overall portfolio plan, championing the use of best practice methods, templates, tools, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and chair structured resource and planning reviews
  • Provide analysis to senior managers about the resource and planning across the portfolio
  • Manage resource and planning reporting activities across the portfolio
