About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner to join our team at EQUANS. As a Planner, you will play a critical role in supporting our contract supervisors by scheduling and planning work for a team of multi-disciplined operatives/engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments through our IT system, ensuring that operatives/engineers are fully utilized throughout the day.
  • Arrange follow-on appointments for any jobs not completed on the first visit.
  • Close jobs in the system, either complete or cancelled, as the day unfolds.
  • Clear critical numbers report daily.
  • Communicate with operatives/engineers on site, as well as with MCC/Northwards via written and verbal communication.
  • Deal with the repairs chase mailbox.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Work in any workstream as required, and perform any administration tasks to support the planning role.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Current and valid full & clean UK driving license.
  • Professional attitude and approach to work.
  • Ability to competently operate IT packages, such as MS Office.
