We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document and Data Controller to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our configuration management database.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and control documents and data in the configuration management database.
  2. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
  3. Develop and implement data management processes and procedures.
  4. Provide support to project team members on document and data management queries.
  5. Monitor and report on database activity and documentation status.
  6. Collaborate with the CADM team to improve data management processes.
  7. Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and reviews.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and data management policies and procedures.
  9. Provide training and guidance to team members on document and data management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in document and data management.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years' experience in document control and data management.
  2. Proven track record of managing and controlling documents and data in a technical environment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Proficient in MS Office tools and file management software.
  7. Previous experience with product data management tools is an asset.

Desirable Skills:

  1. European languages advantageous.
  2. Understanding of project and product lifecycle highly desirable.
