Senior Document & Data Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Document & Data Controller to join our team at Line Up Aviation. As a key member of our CADM team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our documents and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure adherence to Company guidelines and CM best practices.
  2. Support the development of user guides, improve CM tools, and provide training on new releases.
  3. Collaborate with project, product, and service teams as part of the CADM team.
  4. Provide first-line support and training for PLM tool/CMDB users.
  5. Record documents/data in the CMDB, distribute externally and internally, and monitor quality.
  6. Support project team members with CADM-related queries, provide guidance on document and data management, and CMDB use.
  7. Report on activities, CMDB state, and documentation/data status.
  8. Provide first-line support for user issues (troubleshooting) in all CMDBs.
  9. Contribute to and produce Data Management (DM) processes and support process improvement.
  10. Record, control, maintain, and distribute controlled data.
  11. Provide reports to the CADM Team Lead and/or project, product, or service teams.
  12. Work in a shared workload environment, supporting multiple projects, products, or services in collaboration with other CADM team members.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 2 years of document control experience in a technical or data management environment.
  2. Digitally literate and proficient with MS Office Tools.
  3. Previous experience with file/data management tools (MS Office, PDF editor, FTP, Nero, etc.).
  4. Previous experience with Product Data Management tools (Windchill, Teamcenter, Aras Minerva, etc.).
  5. Exposure to APQP, CMII would be an asset.
Desirable:
  1. European languages advantageous.
  2. Understanding of project, product lifecycle highly desirable.
